Terms of use
Version of 14 September 2026.
HomeSonar is the Telegram bot @tbilisi_realty_digest_bot. It reads public rental and sale listings for flats in Tbilisi, picks the ones that match your questionnaire, and sends them once a day as a single message. By using the bot you accept these terms.
Seller details
Individual entrepreneur, Georgia. Full name, personal number and registered address are
published here after registration is complete. Until then, paid plans can be paid only
with Telegram Stars.
What the service includes
- Free: 2 flats a day.
- "14-day search": 20 flats a day. $9.99 by card or 750 Telegram Stars.
- "30-day search": 20 flats a day. $14.99 by card or 1100 Telegram Stars.
- Access opens right after payment and lasts for the stated period. There is no auto-renewal.
- Card payments are accepted by Creem (Creem Technologies) as merchant of record; Star payments are handled by Telegram. Your card details never reach us.
What the service does not promise
- HomeSonar does not rent out flats and is not a party to your deal with the owner or agent.
- Listings are written by third parties. Price, size, address and photos come from their text, so mistakes happen. Check the flat before paying any deposit.
- The number of matching flats depends on the market. On some days there may be none at all.
What we ask of you
- Do not resell the digests and do not scrape them automatically.
- Do not use the bot for mass mailings and do not break the Telegram rules.
Termination
You can leave at any time with the /stop command. We can close access if these terms are broken; the paid and unused period is then refunded under the rules on the refund page.
Law
The law of Georgia applies. We settle questions in writing via support.
