Data policy
Version of 4 October 2026.
What we store
- Your Telegram chat id and username, if you have one.
- Your questionnaire answers: city, deal type, district, price, rooms, size, floor, what must be nearby and inside.
- Which flats we have already shown you and which you saved.
- Your paid plan and the date it runs until.
- The text of your messages to support.
Why
Only to send you the digest that matches your questionnaire, not to show the same flat twice, to count the daily limit and to answer your messages.
Who we share it with
No one. Data is not sold and not passed to advertisers. Payment happens on the Telegram side; your card details never reach us.
How long we keep it
The questionnaire and the view history — for as long as you use the bot. Listings are deleted two weeks after publication. After the /stop command we stop sending digests; at your written request to support we delete the questionnaire and history completely.
The AI app (ChatGPT and Claude)
HomeSonar's search inside ChatGPT and Claude (https://homesonar.app/mcp)
needs no account and is read-only.
- It returns only facts from public rental ads: price, size, rooms, floor, district, city, posting date and the link to the ad. Landlords' names and phones are not stored, so they are never returned.
- We store nothing about the person asking: no account, no chat, and the search itself is not saved. Nothing about the bot's subscribers is reachable from it.
- The server log records the city and district of each search and how many flats were found.
- The web server's access log, like any web server's, records the IP address the request came from, the time and the app's name (user agent). These are server logs, not our database. To count the per-minute limit, the address is also held in memory, never written to disk.
Your rights
