Payment and refunds

How to pay

Two ways; the buttons sit side by side in the bot, under "Plans".

• By card on the payment page: $9.99 for 14 days and $14.99 for 30 days. The payment is taken by Creem, our merchant of record.
• With Stars inside Telegram: 750 and 1100 Stars for the same periods.

Access opens right after payment. There is no auto-renewal — when the period ends, access simply returns to the free two flats a day.

Refunds

• Card payments are refunded in full within 14 days of payment if you have not received a single paid digest. Write to support.
• Star payments are refunded by Telegram. Write to support and we will confirm the refund on our side.
• If the bot failed to send digests through no fault of yours, we refund the money for the unused days.
• We review refund requests within 3 working days.
• Money is returned the same way it was paid.

When there is no refund

We do not refund days on which the digest was delivered, even if none of the flats suited you: the service is the search and the selection, not a guarantee of a deal.
