Tbilisi only. The bot knows the city's districts and measures walking distances within it.
Where do the ads come from?
From 58 Telegram rental channels and from myhome.ge and ss.ge. The same flat posted in several places is shown once — with the list of all its sources.
How do I pay?
Two ways: by card on the payment page or with Telegram Stars — the buttons sit side by side in the bot, under "Plans". Card payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Access opens right after payment and lasts 30 days; there is no auto-renewal. Refunds follow these rules.
How do I unsubscribe?
